MalheurButte Cattery guarantees our kittens and cats to be healthy at the time of purchase and for 72 hours after. It is the Buyers responsibility to have a veterinarian check up within this time period.
If the Buyer has any health concerns, a letter from the Buyers Veterinarian is required stating their concerns. All of our kittens and cats have a 1 year guarantee against lethal congenital or genetic defects. If kitten should die or have to be destroyed due to congenital or genetic defects before it is 1 year old, MalheurButte will replace the kitten or cat upon being provided an autopsy/necropsy report. There will be no cash refunds.
Buyer agrees to pay for return shipping.
Buyer agrees to vaccinate as appropriate. MalheurButte is not responsible for adverse reaction from subsequent vaccinations.
Purchase price does not include shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and health certificate charges.
We require a $200.00 deposit to reserve a kitten. Kitten or Cat must be paid in full 2 weeks before shipment.
